▶ Cancellation Policy 🌧️

The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event, by 8am. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.

More than 5 days before event: eligible for refund

Within 5 days of event: deposit non-refundable but is held on file as a raincheck for future event

Day before by 8am: no payments are refundable and remaining balance is due

Third Party services such as face painting, balloon artists, magicians, event attendants, etc are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

▶ What's Included? 🎈

Setup, Teardown, and Pickup are all included in the price (inflatables only)! Our delivery team will come out with one 50ft extension cord, blower, and stakes or sandbags to secure the unit to the ground.

▶ What's the Occupancy? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

This is a DUAL lane slide so TWO people can enjoy the fun at the same time! One person on the stairs at a time.

▶ What You'll Need 🔌

Enough space for us to setup your rental with a clear path to the set up location

Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area

Water Source + Water Hose within 50-100ft of the inflatable setup location. If you do not have a hose, you may rent one 50ft hose from us for $25. You are responsible for providing a water source within applicable distance.
