The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event, by 8am. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.

<5 days: deposit non-refundable but is held on file as a raincheck for future event
Day before by 8am: no payments are refundable and remaining balance is due

Balloon Garlands, event attendants, face painters, balloon artists, cake, cupcake, cookies, characters, or magicians are non-refundable.
